“We take inspiration from the nature, the sea. We talk to the fishermen, we discus fishing methods…”, says Dragan Jurdana, the owner of the Johnson Restaurant, located on the slopes of mountain Ucka, on your way from Moscenicka Draga to Moscenice Town. This is a family run business, with brothers Dragan and Dean, and their mother Ana. The Jurdana family opted for exclusively fish and sea food menus. Daily offers are dictated by the catch of local fishermen in Cres and Losinj seas. A morning’s catch will be served that very day.
